Refund policy

At Manor Automotive, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our Returns Policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You may return an item within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
    • Returns will not be accepted for items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@manorautomotive.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
    • Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  3. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
  4. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • If the item you want to exchange is of greater value than the original item, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
    • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.
    • We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
      • Customized or personalized items.
      • Clearance or final sale items.
      • Items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
  7. Cancellations:

    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
